Modern women navigate contemporary life with resourcefulness, focus and ambition. Single and partnered women alike may feel a greater sense of self determination, but still contend with cultural ideals that may obscure their own desires.
I work with women college and graduate school students in the early stages of adulthood and professional development, and with women in their 30's and 40's who often feel pressure to meet particular milestones.
I am especially sensitive to and supportive of the concerns of single women and women who do not have children, by choice or circumstance. The freedoms, losses, joys, pressures and everything in between that these identities present are unique and often go unnoticed.
